Hey Reader, have you started using AI for your help desk yet?

I am shocked by how few MSPs have even started using AI platforms for dispatch and ticket management. The tools in the market are very capable, and I encourage you to road test a few in the coming months in order to implement something.

I had Matt Tougas, CEO of Mizo, on my podcast recently to talk about his experience building their AI help desk software for their own MSP. Like many tools in the MSP indutsry they saw an opportunity to market their internal platform to the MSP industry and launched Mizo.

Have a productive week!

Hey Reader! Productivity is a tricky thing. There are so many philosophies, tools, habits, and systems out there. One of the most effective strategies I use is "WITNS" - What Is The Next Step. Being clear on what the next action you need to take helps reduce decision fatigue by giving you clarity on what action to take. This works at both a macro and micro level. On a macro level, knowing what is the next activity or action you should work is valuable. Sometimes it's just a quick activity to...

We work long hours, we don't get enough sleep, and then we drink alcohol to manage stress. This is a slow road to misery.
